01 · SERVICE

The Launch CTO.

The Launch CTO is a productized fractional CTO service: I take your product from idea to shipped in 30 days. One fixed price, agreed upfront. I design it, build it, and launch it. You own the code, the accounts, everything. One builder, end to end.

02 · WHO THIS IS FOR

FOR YOU

You, if

  • You have the idea and the audience, but no technical co-founder
  • You have been quoted three months and six figures for a v1
  • You want a product that earns, not a deck that impresses
  • You can make decisions without a committee

NOT FOR YOU

Not you, if

  • ×You need a team, a roadmap workshop, and a steering call
  • ×The spec is "we’ll know it when we see it"
  • ×The product is the tenth priority this quarter
  • ×You want a pitch deck, not a product

03 · HOW IT WORKS

  1. DAY 0

    The call

You bring the idea. We cut it down to the one sharp version that ships in 30 days, and I give you a fixed price. If it is not a 30-day product, I will say so on the call and we cut until it is.

  2. DAYS 1-7

    Week 1

Design and skeleton. By the end of the week you have a link you can open on your phone. Ugly in places, real everywhere.

  3. DAYS 8-21

    Weeks 2 and 3

The build. You watch it grow on a live URL and tell me where I am wrong. No status meetings, no slide decks. The product is the status report.

  4. DAYS 22-30

    Week 4

Launch. Domain, payments, analytics, SEO, the works. Then handover: your accounts, your code, walkthrough videos, and 30 days of fixes on me.

04 · WHAT YOU GET

05 · WHY ME

I do this for my own products, not just for clients. I build Personade and CodeYourDash with my co-founders, and everything under 26Studio alone. Either way, the design, the code, and the shipping are mine. I also work as a fractional CTO for a consumer brand, so I know what it means when the software has to survive real customers.

The 30 days is not a stunt. It is how I think products should be built: small, sharp, and in front of users before the doubt sets in. The longer version of that argument is in Ship it ugly.

06 · QUESTIONS

What can actually be built in 30 days?

One product that does one thing well: a SaaS with a core workflow and payments, a browser extension, a Mac app, a client portal, an AI tool. Not a marketplace with two-sided onboarding and a mobile app. The call exists to find the version that fits.

What happens after the 30 days?

You own everything and owe me nothing. Fixes are on me for 30 days after launch. If you want ongoing work, we can set up a monthly arrangement, but nothing is bundled in to force it.

What does it cost?

One fixed price, agreed before anything starts, based on the scope we set on the call. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Do you take equity instead of cash?

No. Cash only. Equity would tie us to each other for years, and this is a 30-day job. You keep your whole company, I keep things simple.

I already have some code. Can you work with it?

Depends on the code. Send it before the call and I will tell you honestly whether we build on it or start clean.

What stack do you use?

Boring, proven things: Next.js, Postgres, Stripe, and AI where it earns its place. You get a codebase any developer can pick up after me.

Is this the same as hiring a fractional CTO?

It is fractional CTO work with the strategy theatre removed. You get the senior technical decisions and the build itself, compressed into a 30-day engagement that ends with a launched product instead of a roadmap document. If you want ongoing CTO oversight after launch, that can follow.

Why one person instead of an agency?

Because handoffs are where products die. I design, code, write the copy, and ship it myself. When something breaks, the person who wrote it is the person who fixes it.
